**FC Rules**

1: General:
Freindz_Corner is a public area where our members can have conversations, discussions, debates, show off, ask for help, request stuff, or just say whatever is on their mind. What you view or post here on Freindz_Corner can be seen and responded to by any registered member. Information on the Freindz_Corner forum may not be accurate and also may not reflect the views or beliefs of this forum and its staff.
2: Posting and Private Messaging Rules & Limitations:
2.1: In any situation, please limit the use of profanity.
2.2: There will be no racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other personal discriminations.
2.3: There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other member, in a manner which is offensive or inflammatory.
2.4: Pornography or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.
2.5: All posts are property of the poster. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right to request alteration or deletion of any offensive post. Posts may be deleted or edited for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.
2.6: Pictures may be posted as long as they are not explicit or offensive. If you plan to post more than one image, or the topic is based on graphics, please link the images rather than screening.
2.7: Linked and locked topics may be pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please PM a Staff Member or Administrator before starting a new topic asking where it went, or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked and/or removed.
2.8: Please do not post any advertisements to the board, namely the Advertisement forum or personal signature, Links are allowed in personal signatures but it should not be an advertise !
2.9: Members found sending PM or email advertisements will have these privileges taken away. It is requested that all members set their email settings to Private.
2.10: Please do not post questions about why people are warned, suspended, banned or other related issues. This is a private matter between the staff and that member.
2.11: Flooding is highly restricted; members can joke in their limits.
3: Users & User Privileges:
3.1: Users must be 12 years of age or older before they can freely register.
3.2: Users are responsible for the protection of their account. The use of shared accounts is unwise, and Freindz_Corner would prefer each member of an account create themselves a personal one to use.
3.3: Any person who attempts to present themselves as a Moderator by posting negatively to a member's topic (which has been posted in error and requires locking or moving to another forum) or any form of backseat moderating may be warned and/or placed into moderation queue upon further actions.
3.4: Any impersonation of a user from these forums, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and may result in a banning.
3.5: Users may not argue a staff members decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a staff member must first address this member in question via PM. If the problem cannot be resolved, then the staff member and user must send their positions to the forum admin. The forum admin will make or change any and/or all final decisions.
4: Signatures and Avatar/Display Picture:
4.1: Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 300 X 600 pixels. If your signature is larger than the allotted size given or deemed unacceptable by staff, you will be requested by a moderator to resize or change your image. Please also try and keep text signatures under 5 lines. Failing to comply with a moderator's request will result in the removal of your signature.
4.2: Avatars must be 98x98 pixel and not contain any pornography nor foul language, in case of no attention of the members to the mentioned statement may cause the suspension of member for at least 3 weeks.
5: Theft:
5.1: Items (skins, modifications, graphics, etc) posted on Freindz_Corner are the sole property of the user and Freindz_Corner team.
6: General Notice:
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Freindz_Corner; any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact an administrator immediately by Personal Message. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use Freindz_Corner to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
